I. Delivery Timeliness
Processing time
After the order is confirmed, we will complete the inventory preparation and shipment within 15 to 30 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Denmark). Handmade and custom-made items may take longer. We will notify you of the specific progress via email.
Logistics trajectory
After shipment, you will receive an email notification containing the waybill number. You can track the status of your package through the carrier’s official website (such as PostNord or DHL).
Ii. Delivery Scope and Fees
Coverage area: Global delivery (Additional shipping fees apply to some remote areas)
Freight calculation: Charges are automatically generated at checkout based on the destination and weight
Tariff Notice: Duty-free within the European Union. Import duties may arise from non-EU regions and shall be borne by the recipient.
Iii. Special Notes
Eco-friendly packaging: All tableware is packed with degradable fillers and recycled cartons.
Delayed processing: In case of extreme weather or customs inspections that may cause delays, we will proactively update via email.
Out-of-stock handling: If the product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email within 48 hours to negotiate a replacement or refund.
