- Scope of policy application
All bowls, chopsticks, tableware and related goods we sell (hereinafter referred to as “goods”) are final sales and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, except in the following exceptional circumstances:
The goods were damaged during transportation (photos are required as proof).
The goods you received are seriously inconsistent with the order description (such as incorrect color or model).
Note: This exception does not apply to personal subjective reasons (such as disliking the style, unsuitable size, etc.). - Exceptional case handling process
If you believe your order meets the above exceptional conditions, please follow the steps below
Contact customer service: Send an email to closry@bowlingworlder.com within 48 hours after signing for receipt, with the subject line “after-sales application: order number + problem description”;
Provide evidence: Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect goods and the order number;
Awaiting review: We will verify and notify the processing result by email within 3 working days.
Note: If it is confirmed that the responsible party is us or the logistics company, we will provide you with a full refund or a replacement of the goods. - Consumer Notice
Inspection suggestion: Please check the integrity of the goods on the spot when signing for them. Once the package is opened, it is regarded as having been inspected.
Customized product description: Personalized products such as engraved characters and customized patterns are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Discounted items: This policy also applies to promotional or clearance items. - Disclaimer
We will not be held responsible for any loss of goods caused by improper use by the customer (such as deformation due to high-temperature disinfection) or non-quality issues.
This policy does not affect the legal rights you enjoy under local laws.
